Purpose of Role:
SFICE is offering you a chance to use your finance skills to help them to set up systems to support the running and future development of the organisation's help for Nottingham's most vulnerable people.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Assistant Accountant or a final year student who is studying finance / accounting. Short term assignment to help put in place:
Standarised trackers for income and expenditure
Invoice / Payment process and reconciliation with I&E
QuickBooks set up and reconciled with trackers
Set up forecast P&L demonstrating income and expenditure and potential funding sources
Align processes with the Accountant Final Sign Off
Document the end to end accounting process for SFiCE

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
While experience in finance would be useful, your willingness to help is far more important. You will be supporting key members of staff to manage the budget of the organisation and will be supported all the way.
