Purpose of Role:
Three Little Birds, located in Nottingham UK, is a charitable foundation dedicated to helping those in need especially suffering from Mental health, Anxiety, Obesity and associated conditions. Your communication and marketing skills are going to make our service much better known among the people who we want to support.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Use you marketing skills to create and distribute effective messages about 3 Little Birds
Using all appropriate traditional and electronic media, increase public awareness of 3 Little Birds
Reach out to potential partners, funders and referral agencies to build fruitful relationships.
Work alongside fundraising, events and other volunteers and trustees to present a professional image to the world.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for someone with experience in marketing and communications. To excel in this role you will be organised, creative and resourceful, with a good understanding of all marketing channels, including digital and public relations. Above all, you will have a strong commitment to creative approaches and a desire to understand and act on our audience and community needs.
In an ideal world, you would have some or all of these:
- Experience of a marketing environment
- Understanding of marketing strategies
-Understanding of social media
- Experience of writing a marketing strategy
- Experience in developing a marketing plan
- Knowledge of how to build a social media campaign
- Experience in website maintenance
- Clear and concise communication skills - particularly strong oral communication
- Good interpersonal skills - ability to explain marketing terminology
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confident and reliable
- Willingness to help others without a marketing background
- Experience in website design
- Experience in delivering training
- Experience with design software
