ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Location: Various locations across Nottingham
Commitment: Flexible, approximately 5-10 hours per week
Role Purpose:
As a Volunteer Support Co-ordinator for Runspire Nottingham, you will focus on providing ongoing support and development to our volunteers. Your role will be essential in fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment that empowers volunteers to contribute effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for volunteers.
• Provide ongoing communication, motivation, and support.
• Organise training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
• Ensure volunteers have the necessary resources and information.
• Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with the Volunteer Recruitment Co-ordinator to enhance volunteer engagement.
