Purpose of Role:

This opportunity offers you the chance to be part of the busy, but friendly kitchen team at St George's Centre in Netherfield. You will help to serve up to 40 meals on your selected day(s) - Tuesday to Friday

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Shunters cafe is situated on the ground floor and offers a variety of freshly prepared meals and snacks, all served in a friendly and relaxing environment. We are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm with meals served from 12noon.

The cafe serves up to 40 meals a day, so a lot of prep is what is essential and help needed with, then tagged on we have hot drinks , baking and serving , table clearing and of course the all important pot washing.

Aprons are provided.

You'll also get a meal.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

You don't need to be a chef, or even to know lots about cooking. There are a variety of roles from serving to washing up.
