Purpose of Role:
Chilwell Memorial Institute was setup to commemorate local people who fought in the First World War, but it is still an active and up-to-date community centre for today's Chilwell people.
Your social media skills will be an essential part of promoting the many exciting things that they do and are planning.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will be helping us to develop and deliver our marketing strategy to promote the Chilwell Memorial Institute, their events and services.
Our aim is to increase our audience and its diversity.
- Promote the activities and brand of Chilwell Memorial Institute using appropriate media
- Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of content across all of our digital platforms.
- Co-ordinate the design and artwork for digital media
- Utilise marketing data, research and visitor feedback to engage with existing and new audiences
This role could be suitable for remote volunteering from home or work with fairly regular visits and contact with the team at the . Chilwell Memorial Institute

You will need to understand a variety of social media platforms and be able to make recommendations to the trustees about which ones to use to reach different groups of people in the Chilwell area.
