Purpose of Role:
If you have some skill with a sewing machine, this is an opportunity to make sustainable items to support a local community group whilst building on your skills.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
If you have some skill with a sewing machine, this is an opportunity to make sustainable items to support Tiger Community Enterprise whilst building on your skills.
At Tiger we make a wide range of sustainable items, from dungarees to hospital drip drain bags to reusable menstrual wear.
The Items you make will either be used to support requests from local hospitals, donated to those suffering domestic abuse, or period poverty, or could be used to help raise funds.
The role will be supervised by skilled experts from Tiger, giving you the opportunity to gain more experience and hone your skills.
You can join us at the All Souls Community Centre in Radford, however, if you have your own sewing machine, you can also work from home, at your own convenience.
