Purpose of Role:
The success of Nottinghamshire's Got Talent will be helped a great deal by the publicity that you will help to create using social media, website and as many other channels as you can develop.
Nottinghamshire's Got Talent is the Nottinghamshire's based talent competition to provide opportunities for people from all walks of life who have a talent they would like to showcase and share with others.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will be instrumental in helping us to deliver our marketing strategy and plan to promote Nottinghamshire's Got Talent, our events and the performers who take part.

Our aim is to increase our participants, audience and diversity. So we need great promotional material. We also need to continue to build up our distribution list to include individuals, groups, organisations and other marketing bodies.
Role responsibilities include:
- Develop and Implement our Marketing Strategy and plan
- Lead on PR and marketing activity
- Promote the activities and brand of Nottinghamshire's Got Talent using appropriate media
- Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of content across all of our digital platforms and print based media
- Co-ordinate the design and artwork for marketing materials for both digital and print
- Utilise marketing data, research and visitor feedback to engage with existing and new audiences
We are not currently able to offer volunteer expenses

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for a driven individual with experience in marketing and communications. To excel in this role you will be organised, creative and resourceful, with a good understanding of all marketing channels, including digital and public relations. Above all, you will have a strong commitment to creative approaches and a desire to understand and act on our audience and community needs.
- Experience of a marketing environment
- Understanding of marketing strategies
