Purpose of Role:
Wanted! A creative and resourceful Social Media Fundraising Volunteer to help Juno promote fundraising campaigns and generate vital income through social media content. They will design and create content for various social media platforms to encourage support from both the general public and corporate/local businesses.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role would suit someone who:
• Wants experience working in an office environment.
• Can work to processes, completing clearly defined tasks.
• Wants experience in fundraising and social media content creation.
• Is tech competent and is confident in using computer systems.
• Is organised and creative.
Responsibilities and Duties
(The list below describes the main activities and tasks of the role but is not exhaustive)
• Creating content to generate donations and corporate sponsorship
• Promoting fundraising campaigns across various platforms
• Promotion of fundraisers hosted by the general public
• Support with wider team activities as needed.
General Duties
• Contribute effectively to team working and team meetings.
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, in particular Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity, Health and Safety, Data Protection.
• Undertake induction, internal and external training and ensure your knowledge is up to date.
