Purpose of Role:
Wanted! Organised and creative Fundraising Events Admin Volunteer, to help to plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns and enable Juno to promote fundraising campaigns and help to encourage local businesses and corporates to get involved.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role would suit someone who:
• Wants experience working in an office environment.
• Can work to processes, completing clearly defined tasks.
• Wants experience in event planning and organisation.
• Is tech competent and is confident in using computer systems.
• Is organised and creative.
Responsibilities and Duties
The list below describes the main activities and tasks of the role but is not a finite list
• Planning and coordinating fundraising events
• Helping to create materials/information packs for fundraising campaigns.
• Promoting fundraising campaigns to local partners and businesses.
• Liaising with Juno’s fundraising Social Media Volunteer about fundraising events.
• Potential support at external events.
• Support with wider team activities as needed.
General Duties
• Contribute effectively to team working and team meetings.
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, in particular Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity, Health and Safety, Data Protection.
• Undertake induction, internal and external training and ensure your knowledge is up to date.
