Purpose of Role:
Although Base 51 has been a part of Nottingham's services for young people, there is always a need to let young people (and other organisations working with young people) about the great support that Base 51 offers. That's where your publicity ideas and social media skills come in
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will be helping us to develop and deliver our marketing strategy to promote Base 51, our events and services.
Our aim is to increase our audience and its diversity.
We also need to continue to build up our distribution list to include individuals, groups, organisations and other marketing bodies.
- Promote the activities and brand of Bae 51 using appropriate media
- Co-ordinate the development and maintenance of content across all of our digital platforms and print based media
- Co-ordinate the design and artwork for marketing materials for both digital and print
- Utilise marketing data, research and visitor feedback to engage with existing and new audiences
This role could be suitable for remote volunteering from home or work with fairly regular visits and contact with the team at Base 51.
The could also be a great Corporate Volunteering role for a team to create the systems that Base 51 can use going forward.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
It would be great if you have some experience of marketing and communications.
You'll need to be creative, and organised, with a good understanding of all marketing channels, including digital and public relations
