Purpose of Role:
Fostering dogs for older people who are in hospital.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
If an elderly person goes into hospital, we try to arrange for a volunteer to take care of their dog on a short-term basis. We always try to match volunteers with someone in/near their home area and the commitment can be as much or as little as the volunteer can spare.

Time Flexible.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Empathy for elderly people and their pets
Able to look after a dog in your own home
