Purpose of Role:
Emmanuel House is a long established charity offering help and support to homeless and vulnerable people in Nottingham City Centre. Your role is to prepare healthy, nutritious and tasty lunchtime meals, from a range of basic ingredients for 12-20 people.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Main responsibility
A volunteer cook will prepare a healthy and nutritious lunchtime meal for approximately 15 homeless and vulnerable people including a vegetarian option.

Tasks
The tasks that you might be asked to help with are:
Preparing two meal options
Willingness to undertake Food Hygiene Level 2
Be creative with the ingredients we have in
Wash pans and utensils, clean cooker, surfaces and empty bins.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Willingness to undertake a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
