Purpose of Role:

Signpost, refer and welcome Nottingham Refugee Forum clients. Help our clients to access appropriate services to resolve their problems.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Complete administration tasks
Provide service users with tickets for General Advice
Answer phone calls
Respond to client queries
Signpost service users to external agencies
Complete "quick wins" to support services of the Forum (e.g. registering new clients or uploading documents on Advice Pro)
Fetch post for clients

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:
Strong interpersonal skills
IT skills
Listening skills
Patience

Desirable:
Reception or customer service experience
Fluency in Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Kurdish, Tigrinya or Amharic
