Purpose of Role:
This is a challenging role to support ex-offenders on their journey back into independent living in the community. You will be supporting residents of the shared home to get out into the community.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You'll be part of a team of people taking part in a range of activities. You will get involved in activities, trips out - to the doctor's or into town, contribute ideas for things to do and support a resident to become part of a community as part of their journey towards independent living.
