Purpose of Role:
Money we raise through our stores means we can support more people with a learning disability to live the life they choose.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a team of volunteers to help run our store Clifton, Nottingham. You can expect to do a number of different things, including serving customers on the till, taking donations, welcoming customers to the store and sorting/pricing stock.
If you are friendly and enjoy being with different types of people then this would be a great volunteer role for you. We'd love to welcome you to the team, where you will be helping us to fulfil our vision of creating a world where people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included.
What you need to know:
Volunteer weekly for a few hours or a whole day (we’re open 7 days a week)
Travel expenses are paid back to you (up to £10 per day)
We will train you and support you every step of the way.
