Lloyds Bank Foundation announces new grants process

Lloyds Bank Foundation England & Wales (LBFEW) has announced its new grant scheme. As part of the Foundation's commitment to provide outstanding customer service, you can now apply for support at any time, rather than applying within specific deadlines. The budget is split equally across the year, so you should stand the same chance of obtaining support whatever time of year you apply.

LBFEW supports charities with an annual income of £25,000 to £1 million with a proven track record of helping people on a journey of positive change through in-depth, holistic and person-centred support. Charities can apply for grants worth up to £45,000 and £100,000 over three years that can be used entirely for core costs.

Eligible charities will need to be helping people whose lives are significantly affected by one or more of the following issues:

  • Domestic and sexual abuse
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Mental health
  • Homelessness and vulnerably housed
  • Offending, prison or community service
  • Care leavers
  • Learning disabilities
  • Addiction or dependency on alcohol, drugs, substances and/or gambling
  • Trafficking and modern slavery
  • Young parents
  • Asylum seekers and refugees
