Nottingham CityCare provides key health services in the community. This includes health visitors, district nurses, home-based nursing, rehabilitation, and care for long-term conditions. They also offer a range of children’s public health services and run the NHS Urgent Treatment Centre.
They want their services to be easy to access, meet the needs of their patients and families, and provide good value.
They’ve asked Forever Consulting to find out how residents want community health services to be delivered. The survey only takes 10 minutes, and your answers will help improve their services.
