The Youth Music Trailblazer fund offers grants ranging from £2,000 to £30,000 (up to £15,000 for organisations less than one year old) to organisations in England for projects that help children and young people (up to 25 years old) engage in music. Organisations must be constituted and have a management committee, you do not have to be registered with Companies House or the Charity Commission. Projects should aim to introduce new methods, test innovative approaches, or challenge existing norms. The grant can be used to fund both delivery and core costs.
Eligible themes include:
- Early years
- Disabled, d/Deaf and neurodivergent youth
- Youth justice system
- Young people facing barriers, young adults
- Organisational development
