The Practice Development Unit (PDU) facilitates training sessions to upskill the workforce around related topics to severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD) so that people from a range of organisations feel confident to deliver approaches of support that work.
We are currently developing our training offer to respond to local workforce and system needs.
PDU Bereavement and Loss training
This training package has been developed in partnership with The Loss Foundation to improve support for people experiencing grief or traumatic loss, so people have the skills, confidence and strategies they need to assist bereaved service users, friends, family and colleagues. We are now offering session dates.
