NCVS location and office address

NCVS has an administrative office base at Dryden Enterprise Centre.

Our registered office address is:

Dryden Enterprise Centre
Nottingham Trent University
Dryden Street
Nottingham
NG1 4FQ

Please note, at this time we are unable to offer a drop-in service. Visits are by prior arrangement only. Many NCVS staff still work remotely.

Dryden Enterprise Centre is situated in the heart of Nottingham City Centre on the Nottingham Trent University (NTU) campus. NCVS works with NTU on a number of projects, so it is a natural progression to base ourselves in their wonderful building which integrates eco-friendly materials and technologies. It's not just a building; it's a thriving community of entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Dryden Enterprise Centre has great transport links (see below), is fully accessible and has space for us to hold in-person meetings and events in future.

We operate a hybrid model of working. A few NCVS staff are based primarily in the office, while most of the team continue to deliver our services remotely and in the community, so access the office space less frequently.

If you wish to arrange to meet a member of staff, you can continue to contact us on 0115 934 8400, by email to ncvs@nottinghamcvs.co.uk (or directly to named staff), or through our social media channels. We also issue regular e-bulletins with important updates for the voluntary and community sector. Sign up now.

The best time to make contact for general telephone enquiries is Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. An answerphone is available for out of hours messages to be left. Or email us at any time.

Volunteer Centre services

Our Volunteer Centre services are operating online and remotely. We also offer occasional in-person Volunteer Local drop-in services, and we are considering how best to provide these sessions in future. Please see our Want to volunteer page for more details of how you can search online for volunteering opportunities, or contact an advisor.

Local travel information

Please note, we are currently unable to offer a drop-in service to meet with NCVS staff at Dryden Enterprise Centre. Visits are by prior arrangement only.

If you have arranged to visit us, here is some useful travel information to help you locate us.

  • Buses: the nearest bus stops are on South Sherwood Street, which is a 3-minute walk to the Dryden Enterprise Centre. Stops are named NTU City Campus G1, G2 and G3.
You can find more information on local bus services at CT4N, Nottingham City Transport and Trent Barton.

  • Trams: www.thetram.net - the nearest tram stop is Nottingham Trent University, which is a 3-minute walk from the Dryden Enterprise Centre.
Please note you will need to buy a relevant ticket from the machines available at each tram stop (or have a valid travel card) before you board.

  • Car parking: paid on-street parking is available nearby on Dryden Street, Gill Street, Hampden Street, and Peel Street. You can pay using the meter or the RingGo app. On-street parking is free for blue badge holders. If you will be in the office for less than three hours, it is advised to download the RingGo app, as your on-street parking (Dryden street and surrounding area) will cost £1.70 per hour, and the app will let you know when your time is nearly up and let you extend if needed.

The nearest multi-storey car parks are at Trinity Square or Talbot Street. Visitors to the Dryden Enterprise Centre who park at Trinity Square can access discounted parking. To do this you must visit the reception in the neighbouring Dryden building and input your vehicle registration to the iPad on the left of the desk.
  • Please note that parking rates are decided externally and are subject to change with no notice from the car park operators – for the avoidance of doubt information is supplied as a resource to support visitors to the DEC, but it is visitors' responsibility to make appropriate parking arrangements.

Find information about other NCP car parks and Nottingham City Council parking options. See convenient Park and Ride options (park outside of the city and travel in by bus or tram).

  • Trains: trams run regularly to and from Nottingham Train Station. The nearest tram stop is Nottingham Trent University tram stop, which is a 3-minute walk from the Dryden Enterprise Centre. The train station is around 15 to 20 minutes’ walk away.
