The Lloyds Bank Foundation has launched a new programme offering tailored support from local and national partners, volunteers from Lloyds Banking Group, networks, and events. This is a standalone organisational development support programme with no cash grant included.
To be eligible, organisations must be registered as a charity or a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO), have an annual income between £25,000 and £50,000, and primarily support people arriving in the UK and claiming asylum. The support does not cover religious activities unless the charity specifically supports people of that faith.
This programme is for organisations that recognise their strengths and challenges and are prepared to invest time and effort in addressing them. It involves charity leaders and trustees and can focus on improving governance, enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion, embedding lived experience, supporting staff wellbeing and resilience, or ensuring long-term sustainability. Participants must commit to building a trusted relationship with the programme providers for tailored support. The programme will support up to 60 charities.

They can fund up to £500 of accessibility support to enable you to apply for this programme, including:
- BSL interpreters
- Language translation
- Scribes (note takers)
- Dyslexia software
