Fat Beehive Ltd. is a web design and digital agency that helps charities, NGOs, and ethical companies build their digital presence through website design, creating a brand and visual identity, and developing a digital strategy.
The Fat Beehive Foundation is the charitable arm of this company and provides small charities (with an annual turnover of less than £400,000) with grants of up to £2,500 to support them in fulfilling their own digital aims. The grant can be used for things like website creation or renovation, marketing campaigns, or digital fundraising.
The Foundation cannot fund:
- General IT, software, or hardware.
- Organisations without the internal structure already in place to make the project a success.
- Organisations that already pay for or would like to pay for Fat Beehive Ltd. services.
- Organisations set up to promote religion.
The Foundation follows various priorities to fund throughout the year:
- Social Justice, Refugees, and Housing. Deadline for applications is Friday 29 March 2024, 5pm.
- Education. Deadline for applications is Friday 28 June 2024, 5pm.
- Environmental protection or climate change mitigation. Deadline for applications is Friday 27 September, 5pm.
