Small grants closed to applications on Sunday 30 June 2024

Funding is available for projects that benefit their local community, with a particular focus on improving education, the lives of children and young people, those with disabilities, and the environment. 

Small grants of up to £250 and large grants of between £250 and £3,000 are available to registered charities, state sector schools, and non-profit organisations; they will not fund Community Interest Companies (CICs), individuals, or Local Authorities.

The grant can be used to fund projects:

  • That have clear benefits to the local community or environment.
  • That work with children or young people.
  • That work within the school system.
  • That support those with special education needs.
  • That support those with disabilities.

The grant cannot fund:

  • Core funding or general running costs.
  • Major building works.
  • Sponsorship or advertising.
  • Overseas projects.
  • Purchasing second-hand vehicles.
  • Third-party fundraising initiatives.

Grant applications are welcomed from all areas within the UK; however, locations near Ford Motor Company Ltd. will be given priority, these are Essex, Bridgend, Southampton, Daventry, Manchester, and Liverpool.
