The DWF Foundation (also referred to as the Foundation) is an independent charity, founded by DWF, with the sole aim of providing funds, resources, and mentoring support to help individuals, groups, and communities achieve their full potential.
Funds of up to £5,000 are available to registered charities whose work impacts homelessness, health and wellbeing, employability, education, the environment, and sustainability.
Initiatives should:
- Tackle a specific community issue
- Help voluntary and community groups become more effective and efficient
- Encourage the involvement those often excluded in the community
- Enable young people to develop skills for the benefit of the community
