Nottingham Community and Voluntary Service (NCVS) is pleased to invite you to a collaborative workshop designed specifically for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector to engage with local authority strategic commissioners. This workshop is delivered in partnership with Nottingham City Council.
This is an exciting opportunity to explore how your organisation can be involved in delivering both commissioned and non-commissioned services in the coming year.
By attending, you'll also learn how the Social Enterprise Accelerator (SEA) programme can support you to become Tender Ready, develop new income streams and access social finance. SEA is a partnership programme delivered by NCVS and Nottingham Trent University’s (NTU) VCSE Data and Insights Observatory.
Date: Thursday 3 October 2024
Time: 1pm to 4pm
Location: The Vine Community Centre NG7 5GZ
During this workshop, we'll discuss the local authority’s commissioning activity and how your work in supporting vulnerable people, families, and children across the city can be integrated into their strategy for 2024 and beyond. Your experience and evidence-based solutions are critical as we seek to shape more effective support for our communities.
You'll also have opportunity to share successes, insights, and challenges from your work, so that together, we can build on what’s working and enhance our collective impact.
The event is free to attend and drinks refreshments will be provided.
