Meet with Sara Storey, Director of Adult Health and Social Care

NCVS invites you to meet online with Sara Storey, Nottingham's Director of Adult Health and Social Care, and with the Customer First team. This is Sara’s third conversation with the voluntary sector since she took up post in 2021 and, this time, she would value your input on the implementation of the Customer First programme within Adult Social Care.

The consultation workshop - 'Putting the Customer First in Adult Social Care' - takes place via Zoom on Monday 17 October 2022 from 1.30pm to 3pm.

Sara welcomes feedback from voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector organisations working closely with people using the service she is leading.

As part of the Together for Nottingham plan, Nottingham City Council’s Customer First programme is placing customer experience at the heart of its service delivery.

By establishing a new operating model for the council’s ‘front door’ customer contact, the programme team is aiming to make better use of customer insight and improve access for those who need it.

This workshop will focus on diversifying the council’s customer personas and Citizens’ Panel and ensuring that its contact channels and services are accessible, specifically in relation to Adult Social Care.

Please register here to ensure you are sent instructions about how to join the meeting using Zoom.
