An online discussion is taking place tomorrow to explore the government's plans to reform public procurement rules, following the country's exit from the European Union (EU). Join Children England, Clinks, Locality, NAVCA, NCVO and Lloyds Bank Foundation for England & Wales to talk about how we can ensure that the government's new approach to procurement works for charities and those they support. Anyone working in or with charities involved in public service delivery is invited to attend this free online event tomorrow (25 February), from 2.30pm-4pm. Registration is required, please book here. You can find out more about the government's open consultation on transforming public procurement here, where you can access the Procurement Green Paper. The consultation closes at 11.45pm on 10 March 2021. Share your thoughts NCVO is responding to the Green Paper, along with other sector partners including NAVCA, and would like charities that have thoughts on the government's plan to feed into the collective response, please email paul.winyard@ncvo.org.uk |
